Principles:
The “Aloha” cards were developed following the principles of Chain Analysis. In addition, we reference and suggest Dr. M. Linehan’s work on DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) with a combined effort of common CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) practices. NGHL uses these techniques in our own appointments. Our goal is to make the highest quality of self-taught behavioral skills available to as many people as possible. As new findings are discovered and psychological research improves over time, so too will the app and the content within.
About the Developers:
We are a small two-person team developing a mobile app for the first time. Our founder is passionate about teaching psychological education and behavioral health services since 2001. NGHL’s IT Specialist has been involved in providing affordable behavioral health self-help services for 8 years and continues to research.
Please leave a review with any bugs or suggestions for improvements. We already have plans for the future of the app with coming additions and updates. This is just the beginning of NGHL Development Projects. We have more projects slated for the coming year and hope that you find benefit from modern applied Behavioral Health Coaching.
